Bill McDowell, owner and agent of the McDowell Insurance Agency has been a long term residence of Cazenovia.  When Bill retired from the phone company, he decided to get into the insurance business, first working for Met Life in 1993.  Then opening an agency in his home in 1996

Deborah Stowell, office manager of the McDowell Agency, is also a life long resident of Cazenovia.  She has been with the McDowell Agency since May of 2002,  Deborah has been working in the insurance industry since 1991.
